Lovely welcoming staff , comfy bed , very good breakfast all beautifully laid out and plenty of it . Unfortunately restaurant closed as Sunday night but bar was open and very good Sushi restaurant 5 mins walk away . Plenty of parking available

We thought the hotel was very good value for money. Bed very comfortable and bathroom looked as if it had recently been refitted. Hotel had a private gated parking area and there is also a large free carpark opposite. The breakfast was simple but served the best croissants and bread we have ever had....and we've eaten alot of them over the years of travelling around France! The proprietor was very friendly and helpful. Would stay again if in the area.

We are two older Australians who had been on the road over...
We are two older Australians who had been on the road over four weeks. We stayed in Vesoul three nights. We had one of the best meals ever at Le Caveau du Grand Puits. We enjoyed walking in the older area, walked up to a very high point called La Motte and relaxed in the English Gardens. We both needed haircuts and walked in to a hairdresser, Figaro des Ursulines and came out feeling very refreshed. We made a day trip to Besançon, and also close by were Belfort, Gy and Gray. We stopped at these on the way. For us, Vesoul was a friendly place, a place to relax and use our limited French effectively. For more energetic people, there are a large number of cycling tracks to enjoy and there is delightful scenery everywhere. No it is not a famed tourist spot but yes there is a lot to enjoy in Vesoul.

Nice location, just a few minutes walk from the centre of Vesoul, but in a quiet area.
The flat is cozy and tastefully decorated. It comes with all the basic necessities (although, it's worth noting, there's no proper kitchen knife for cutting veggies, for example).
A lovely flat, well located, was perfect for our few nights' stay with a 2-year-old.
Location is excellent right in the very heart of Vesoul. Excellent value for money but with some serious compromises to be made.
Half-basement feeling (see below) has an advantage as well - no need for air conditionning.
We’ve had a restful stay at this hotel and the staff was great in ensuring we were well looked after. Quiet location and easy to walk around with lovely views from the top. Fantastic breakfast.
Great location, excellent villa with lots of space, well fitted out and great parking. Vesoul is probably not on the normal tourist trail but we had a marvellous stay here.
I've stayed here before, for me it's in an ideal location in the middle of Vesoul close to everything you need. There are shops, bakeries, bars, restaurants nearby.
