Friendly staff - beds are allocated before arrival and not 1st come 1st served but allowed me to change so I was next to the window 😁
All the staff are friendly we found and willing to talk to you (if not busy)
Privacy curtains (though I found it stifling with them closed, others don't seem to mind) on the beds in the dorm
Beds - soft enough and pillows that don't sink when you put your head on them, ie proper pillows
Food was nice, breakfast is a simple choice of 3 types of cereal, pastries and some eggs, ham bread etc.
Any pastries not eaten are left out as free snacks during the day
Dinner - if you go half board, then there's only one choice for the evening meal (though think you can swap it if you don't like it). I stayed for 6 nights and think only 1 night was just OK, admittedly I'm no foodie but it was more than edible. Some friends came round and had the raclette whilst other groups would book tables there for the meal of the day.
If you aren't happy there's a restaurant underneath that I think you get discount at.
I'd stay again but would try and book a private room with its own toilet/shower.

Perfect, recently constructed, clean and efficient, but also cozy (the terrace and the hammock). I was there in summer, so it was very quiet. Perfect for hikers. Breakfast was good.
I visited the complex end of the summer season 2022. Very good off season price. Spaceous app. Excellent mountain view from the large balcony. I would come again in off season.
