This was a stopover location on our way across France. We booked"le Bateau" for a unique experience as we have stayed in many hotels in the past and wanted to experience something different.
Our hosts were very kind even though we were late due to motorway delays and showed us around the facilities - the boat itself, a decking area over the water, an external BBQ area, a children's playground with a children's boat and restaurants within 50 yards. Perfect for families.
Highly recommended, clean and unique. The hosts cannot be recommended enough. Book a night and enjoy.

Matthieu asked what time we would arrive but was a little late meeting us. He showed us round the property which I assume he normally lives in as it had his clothing and food etc.
The outside of the block of apartment isn't particularly nice and the stairwell is the same. The apartment is good though although it needs a little maintenance. Several bulbs in the bathroom weren't working and we found the cooker hood pretty dangerous as it's so easy to walk in to.
The sofa bed was comfortable but doesn't have linen to fit it properly.

Doris and Alain made us most welcome, the views from the room were lovely . Unfortunately we had to communicate through google translate as we don’t speak French but it wasn’t really a problem we managed to get by ok 😀
