Very new and clean rooms. The beds were surprisingly comfortable. The rooms are small, but enough for 1 night. Very quiet, despite being close to a big street. We were facing towards the valley and it was nice to wake up to birdsong in the morning.

With the river the focus of all in Tulle, it does not take long to cover the tourist ground. There is a smart theatre, but nothing showing during our visit, however the attached restaurant is exceptionally approachable, has a large selection of wines, serves excellent, quite varied meals quickly and at modest cost. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Tulle, the closest city. seemed to be half-under construction. The other half is vacant with for rent signs everywhere. The manor house has an identity crisis. Is it a boutique hotel, an airbnb, or a rural retreat? Parking was superb. Rules and entry details were a bit tedious.
The house itself was well-appointed with everything you could need and tastefully decorated. Its quiet country location, but within reach of Tulle town, was ideal. The view was stupendous. Hosts were very kind and helpful when we had a car problem.
Location excellent. Beautiful countryside surroundings. Picnic tables in grounds were useful. Breakfast in the sun room. Lovely sunrise and sunset from our room at rear of hotel. Lovely shower room. Small but comfortable bedroom.
I was in Tulle for a course at the hospital and this place was just a 2 minute walk away. Very clean and well equipped. Modern decor. In the town centre. I was very happy to stay here.
it was very close to the place I needed to be. could walk there. there was a nice little market about 100 meters away from the hotel. staff was super friendly.
