Easy parking and close to both Lannion and Perros. The breakfast was a bit of a shambles the first mo, no cups, eggs, or trays. But the following day was good. The Asian/Grill restaurant next door was literally 3 minutes walk and the buffet offered was brilliant. Hotel was excellent

room with sea view actually do not have much of a view. The window frame bars the view if you sit down. And on the 1st floor, the extension of the dining room roof blocks much of the view. We requested a change in room and were moved up to the 2nd floor. Which was better.

Very comfortable room with good size, superking, bed. Very clean and really friendly helpful staff. Good free parking at rear of the hotel. Surprised to find a rather super bath in the room. Don’t normally like this but, in this hotel, there’s a full privacy curtain which draws round the bath area. The toilet was separate.
