This was one of the best accommodations I stayed in, I will definitely come here again. Idyllic place with a lot of attention to detail. Our spacious room was part of a restored barn, everything was new, the bed was great, the bathroom was clean, we had our own terrace with a backyard view, the sound of the stream and birds was very peaceful. The rooms were soundproof, we didnt hear much noise made by the other guests.
We were welcomed by the son of the owner, he was very friendly and gave us great tips what to visit nearby, the next day we met with the owner who made us feel very welcome. Both gave us very nice insight of where to go, where to park our car etc.
The breakfast was sufficient, quality cheese with fresh croissants and baguettes, fresh juice, coffee, tasty deserts...
The parking is behind a secured gate and can fit all guests, at night the gate is closed and can be opened by a provided PIN code.
Maisnières is a small village, fairly close to Le Tréport and Saint Valery sur Somme, Rouen is about an hour drive.

Our host was lovely and spent lots of her time telling us about local attractions and things to do.

Very helpful host. We had to move our arrival date so she could not meet us on arrival however communication was easy and we ended meeting the next day. The Gite is well located in a quiet environment. We equally received a welcoming gâteau battu, local speciality. I would certainly recommend the gîte.

Second stay at this place. Had a different self contained room this time, beautifully decorated again and with kitchenette. Everything clean and comfortable well laid out. Safe storage for my bike and close to cycle path.

A most beautiful property run by a lovely family. The accommodation and surroundings are just wonderful.
We sadly only stayed one night en route from Nérac via Paris and Normandy up to the Calais crossing. We could have happily stayed a week!
Close to the motorway but you would never know.
1 hour to Le Shuttle, 1.5 hours to Calais ferry.
Plenty of space for a family, very clean and just so peaceful.
Highly recommend if you are travelling to or from Calais.
I hope we can go back on our travels.

If you want peace and quiet this is the best place to go.
If you want peace and quiet this is the best place to go. The whole surroundings is very tranquil and is pleasant to drive through. We visited saint vallery ser somme, you will find a variety of restaurants cafes boutiques. If you walk through into the old town if you are interested in history this is interesting to walk through, via a tour guide or by yourselves. Also there is a small beach and promenade which at times is a market. If you are looking for a good place to eat I would recommend Nichols.
