Very clean. Anonymity of a big chain hotel. If you are looking for a small and cute hotel, this is not for you. Good transport (tram) to old town. Too long to walk all the time. Near a main road but windows block the noise. Good and quiet a/c. Note that the hotel is not in old or new town, which I liked. Quiet during the night. Excellent and not crowded pool with great views. Nice beds.

The hotel is centrally located and yet very quiet. The weather was very warm when we stayed and the room had excellent air conditioning. The breakfast was simple but adequate.

Hotel Esprit D’Azur was a lovely hotel for our stay in Nice. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. They provided us with recommendation’s and were available for 24 hours assistance. The bed was extremely comfortable and they were very on top of daily house keeping. It also has an elevator😊
