We loved everything about the Mill!! Our host Marie was so lovely and attentive and she cooks up an excellent meal and breakfast - all local produce! Highly recommend booking an evening meal with her during your stay. The facilities were excellent, with access to a pool, jacuzzi and private beach. We opted for a spa set for our bath in our room which was a great way to relax☺️

Le Manoir Saint Jean really exceeded our expectations. The hotel is beautifully presented and traditional in style. It is the home of Anne-Marie and her husband and as a guest, you felt like an extension of the family, which we really loved. Our room, the Marine Suite, was exceptionally large, with separate lounge area and views over the grounds, pool and gardens. The room was very clean and was cleaned promptly every day. If I could give 11 out of 10 I would, for the host Anne-Marie and her husband who were fantastic. She was so warm, so friendly and so helpful. We really were sad to say goodbye to them. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to stay in the local area.

The highlight of this stay was the welcome from the owners. Veronique is a superb cook, so everything is home made from the pre dinner fruit liqueurs to the jam and croissants for breakfast. The property is surrounded by fig and cherry trees and lovely woods and farmland. Bourg de Visa is very close and has an ATM, a cafe and small supermarket. A wonderful place to escape to, with exceptional hosts: Vero and Bernard.
