This is a phenomenal place. Everything was perfect. Where there during our bicocle trip and chef took special care of our bikes. This was the nicest hotel we stayed during our trip

Thones is beautiful.
Thones is beautiful. The surroundings are magnificent, there is lots to do in the vicinity and the people are extremely friendly. The French alps are gorgeous, and its a much calmer atmosphere than down the valley in Annecy.
The room was very spacious and the bed was super comfortable. The road on which the hotel is located is quite busy but you don't notice that after a while and if you keep windows closed. Accessing the room was interesting - we sort of had to figure out the location of our room ourselves but it was okay. The hotel has an elevator - which we saw after lugging luggage. Again, okay.
We only had a 2 night stay here but it was lovely. The views were incredible and it was so relaxing sitting on the veranda in the evening listening to crickets and watching bats. The host was very kind and has plenty of information. There was a nice river walk in to Thones where you can do your shopping if cooking at the accommodation. We would have loved to have stayed longer.
Charming little place & location! The view from the window, of the mountains, was lovely. It's nicely located for us to head to the ski stations. The bed was comfortable and the blankets were super cozy and warm. The owners were sweet and friendly. They can offer dinner & breakfast at an additional cost (we didn't partake but nice to know it's an option).
everything. if you are passing through or near thônes this is a great flat for anyone. it has everything you could need. lots of cutlery and pots and coffee/tea machines etc, magazines, books, toys for children. so tidy and clean. big balcony with table and chairs and shutters for the windows and balcony at night. this place is amazing.
Small hotel in centre of Thones. Easy to find parking, also the hotel has some places. It is warm and pleasant inside, staff were very friendly. Bathroom was nicely done, room was quite small but as I was travelling along for one night, it was fine. I didn´t eat there but friends told me that the restaurant is very good.
Nice traditional hotel in town centre with good restaurant and friendly service. Comfortable accommodation. Good value and attractive mountain valley setting. Ideal base for biking / hiking or short stay.
