The bedroom and shower room are large with fab extras like a kettle with complimentary tea/coffee/snacks, pool towels, toiletries, bath robes. Air con is a bonus, and rooms are soundproof. Lovely terrace area. Pool is amazing! Huge choice for breakfast and Isabelle ensured our stay was perfect.
Beautiful medieval village very close by with great choice of restaurants. Visit to the Jardin de l’Imaginaire a must.

Lovely little town.
Lovely little town. A reasonable base for someone with a vehicle who is planning to visit prehistoric sites like Lascaux. There are no significant tourist sites in Terrasson, but it is a very pleasant place to stay.

Terrasson-Laville is a very attractive, old town with lots of lanes to explore and viewpoints over the town (a lot of uphill walking!). Within easy walking distance of a variety of shops for everyday needs and larger supermarkets are only a couple of minutes away. We would certainly recommend browsing the weekly market (Thursday mornings) for plenty of local produce. We had an amazing meal at 'Au Petit Bonheur' up opposite Saint Saur Church, with very friendly staff.
We spent a couple of hours exploring Les Jardins de l'Imaginaire - a fascinating variety of contemporary spaces.

Located in a picturesque part of Terrasson-Lavilledieu, this B&B accommodation is offered by a friendly and charming hostess, Isabelle, who went out of her way to communicate with us via the Google translator! We felt homely in this B&B and we were pleasantly surprised by the attractive medieval town of Terrassson. Les Jardine de I' imaginaire ( the Garden of Imagination) is a great attraction in the town which is much under represented in the Dordogne area of France.
Stunning location near to the beautiful riverside town of Terrasson, this accommodation is of the highest standard - super clean and comfortable with a fabulous pool to relax in after a long drive. Valerie is a perfect host too and we really enjoyed our stopover there on route to Caen for our ferry home.
Beautiful gardens, lovely quiet position, private but only 5 mins by car from Terrasson. The lounge and bedrooms were bright and had mosquito nets on the windows with electric shutters which were great. It has obviously been a very happy and well loved family home in the past.
An excellent little apmt in pretty Terrasson. Comfortable, clean, well equipped and mostly quiet (the nearby water fountain was driving me crazy after awhile!).
