Jacques and Nicole were delightful. Such warm and welcoming hosts. We were lucky with the weather to enjoy sitting in the lovely garden. The dining room was well stocked to be able to eat the dinner we’d brought. The breakfast was fabulous with many homemade products and very generous for 2 people - Jacques packed us a few bits and pieces for our onward journey including eggs from his chickens. Introduced Jacques to marmite which he loved! Quirky, happy to talk to you, proud of his connections with his car club guests and his connection with Le Mans, Jacques is an absolute sweetie. I don't think there is much to Teloche but a small village, kind of like a new town in places. Lovely countryside nearby. And the race tracks and a family restaurant/activity park short drive away. It was a stopover for us.
