Everything! It was light, well furnished and tastefully decorated, with everything you could need. The location is perfect - beautiful and peaceful - and the animals are a bonus!

Very warm welcome and an impromptu search party organised when our satnav didn’t get us quite there. The cottage was rustic but well equipped. The heating had failed not long before our arrival and plug in radiators had been provided as well plenty of firewood for the fire. It is a rural location which comes with a few minor annoyances, eg flies in the cottage, but it didn’t detract from our stay.

Boasting a garden, a seasonal outdoor pool and garden views, La Meunière 2 is located in Montmerrei. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi.

Spotlessly clean. Newly renovated apartment. Living area and kitchen downstairs and spacious bedroom and bathroom upstairs. Nice patio with table and chairs outside with a spacious garden. Jacques was very welcoming and attentive.

Wonderful ambiance, lovely hosts and staff and a stunning place to stay. This wasn't our first stay at Chateau St Paterne and we will definitely return. It is always completing charming and an utterly relaxing experience. Dinner was lovely in the beautiful dining room and a stroll round the grounds with pre dinner aperitifs on the terrace with the other guests a really lovely touch.
