Unfortunately, the owner called us the day before to inform us that the apartment was not available to us because there was no hot water. That left us with no accommodations and we were already at destination. Owner advised us to look for other accommodations. While I agree that problems do come up, telling Booking that WE canceled because of a “NO SHOW” is completely unprofessional, untrue, and bad for business. Shame, we were looking forward to a sunset by the sea.
