THE ONLY DRAWBACK CAME FROM THE NARROW STAIRWAY TO THE BEDROOM, FROM THE TOILETS AND BATHROOM LOCATED ON THE MAIN FLOOR. WHEN YOU ARE GETTING OLD LIKE US THIS WAS DIFFICULT TO WALK UPSTAIR - MAY BE THERE ARE SOME ROOMS WITH EVERYTHING ON ONE FLOOR. WE HIGHTLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE NOT FAR FROM AND WITH A VERY EASY ACCESS TO CHARLES DE GAULLE AIRPORT.
Absolutely horryfiying experience and booking.com is to blame for not making it clear that after 9 pm the hotel has no receptionist to give you a key to a room you reserved. It's like you are in ghost city with a non-refundable reservation for a non-existing room. I am blaming booking.com for not mentioning this critical detail. You should make ut clear what awaits customers who reserve a room for a late check in.
Nice staff, simple and clean room with everything needed. No public transportation so we had to take a taxi (about 40 euros from/to airport). Several restaurants (targeting business customers, do not expect typical french food) in walking distance, which was convenient for us. We did not have breakfast.
The room was well appointed, clean and comfortable with the desk for working at and power sockets placed in sensible locations, which surprisingly few hotels seem to do. A/C help to give us a good night's sleep. Bathroom was sensibly laid out. They had a good, secure lock up/ shed for our bikes.
Good location - as its near Parc Asterix there are a number of hotels and reasonably priced restaurant chains all close together.
Its a kind of 'holiday village' set up but with lots of discrete businesses.

Location is fantastic.Staff very helpful and polite.The location is fairly quiet considering close to very busy road.The hotel has several restaurants close to it.Although we never have breakfast here at the hotel it provides breakfast for a small fee.
The hotel did the job perfectly, not the most recent Novotel but we were there when the hotel was not full and so we had a great quiet night of sleep. Location close to the airport is really good. Staff was very nice and friendly

We were on our way to Disneyland and the hotel was easily accessible from the motorway, had a good breakfast and was close to a number of restaurants. Hotel was clean and staff friendly.
Self check-in machine when arriving late at night. Gated parking area infront of the hotel. Convenient location outside Paris for a one night stop over. Reasonable price.
The hotel location is easily accessible from the freeway, yet in a quiet village. There are restaurants in the quarter that can be walked to. Breakfast was adequate.
