The rural location was perfect however 4km from a small village. The accommodation was roomy, clean and just perfect with a great pool. Chickens and duck roamed freely around the property. The host was charming and between my poor french and her English we understood each other in the end when there was a misunderstanding about an additional bed. However it was no problem and was sorted without fuss..I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The chateau was a great, historical place to stay. The dinner was excellent and the hosts wonderful to chat with. We really enjoyed talking with them and finding out about the history of the castle. The games room was great and the tour of the chateau was excellent.

Lola our host was very friendly and so informative not only about the chateau but with the area and history. The decor is amazing and time is needed to explore it and the surrounding countryside. We were able to access the hotel late, because we were travelling, that was helpful. There was no one on reception but they answered the phone and guided us through the access codes for the hotel. They were very helpful. The room as a good size for a family.
