The overall design is really nice and clean. The balcony is a plus if the weather is nice. You can just have your morning coffee and enjoy the sunshine. The toiletries are environment friendly and smells really nice.

Nice area with a beautiful church (local version of Notre Dame). Good transport to City Centre of Paris and direct connection to Orly Airport from Mairie de Saint Ouen metro station and to CDG via Chatelet.

Not to miss if you love antiques (20th century and older).
Not to miss if you love antiques (20th century and older). Saint -Ouen antiques multi-pavillions complex is probably the best of its kind in the world. All shops (around 2000 probably...) available at walking distance from one complex to another (around Rosiers street, mainly). Direct/easy bus connection to/from Paris (bus line #85). Several restaurants available. Careful: 90% of shops open on Saturday or Sunday only... (you need the 2 days for full coverage of everything...; 10AM to 5PM).

The most important for us was the location in the subway zone with two major lines. We could reach Paris center in 30-ish minutes. The newly built buildings with families spending time in the pedestrian zone around it and cozy shops gave us impression of calmness and peace. Conveniently there was a supermarket nearby, also some small private grocery shops, bakeries, book shops.

Saint Ouen is a good location to stay.
Saint Ouen is a good location to stay. We took Garibaldi metro, line 13, to go to the city center. Walking to metro took us max 5 min. There are two boulangeries next to the metro station, where you can have breakfast with coffee and sit inside.
Buying a metro card was a challenge, even for locals, who tried to help us. We used a machine to get 10 tickets, instead we got one small ticket saying that it is not a ticket and needs to be exchanged for a carnet.
Exchanged means to go to a real person working in a metro station. They do not work at night. My advice is to buy passes during a day to be sure to get them. Carnet of 10 tickets is actually one card, which can be used only by one person.

I chose Saint-Ouen for the price, knowing it is a poor and ugly part of the suburbs but if you have money, avoid it, it corresponds to a sketch by Rodney Dangerfield "i live in a very bad neighborhood, yesterday a guy asked me where the subway station was, I told him no one has ever stayed alive long enough to reach it"!

Location is a bit far from the city center where all the main attractions are located but if you planned a day trip out, it works. The area has good choices of restaurants and bakeries. A couple of supermarkets within walking distance of the apartment.
We were looking for a location in this area to visit Alstom nearby. It is a nice newly built area where there are families with kids and the atmosphere is relaxing and cosy. The place was easy to find and accessibleNothing special and the room not so big for the price we have paid, but in line with other structures in the vicinity. Paris is expensive!
The hotel was spotless! The bed and pillows were very comfortable. High functioning shower. Even though the restaurant patio was below my window I could hardly hear any noise. The food was delicious. Breakfast buffet was plentiful! The service friendly. It was only a five minute walk to Saint-Ouen antiques Market. I highly recommend this hotel.
The hotel is very near to the metro station and just 5 minutes from the bus and metro station. Can access to the room 24hrs. 24hrs transport access to the place from paris city.Room is very clean and we had own bathroom facilities and had small cooking facilities. Great service from the front office. Great place and very friendly.
The hotel is location near the city of Paris and the staff is very friendly.
It is located in front of a train station and nearby is also a good place for a quick breakfast.
It worths the price because I hardly could find a hotel with private bathroom and toilet with this price in Paris! It is really near the Metro station, just 5 minutes walk.
