It wasnt far from the airport. We took the bus to Saint -Louis train station(10 minutes) then walked from there ( about 1 kms)
Had a fridge, dishwasher and iron which were useful.
No problem with the internet connection.
Instructions into the house were clear.

NOTHING, it’s A HAZARD, PERICOLANTE, DANGEROUS. For me the property should be taken off the BOOKING. COM system, until it improves the quality of the house. Seems like the owner has collected from the rubbish site pieces of furniture and mattresses and put them in there. The beds were impossible to sleep on, with two pieces one on top of the other and slipping down with us. The kitchen tops and the sink taps were dangerously damaged and moving, with a bucket underneath.

Once we reached the property, we weren't able to locate the exact apartment nor find the right parking lot. Thanks to a neighbour who helped in getting us to the property and also advised us to park in one of parking allotted space whichever is free.

Very much ‘budget’.
Very much ‘budget’. No air conditioning at night (started up in morning). Bed hard as a rock. WiFi not connecting to internet. Basic TV channels with no foreign language service. No tea/coffee making facilities. Was a Plus that windows opened on a hot night. Staff courteous, some with English. No where near airport. Did offer free pickup one way only. Took an age to arrive. Not close to rail station either. Would not stay there again

Convenient location at a very reasonable price. We were able to buy groceries and prepare some meals at "home" in the apartment. Everything was very clean. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

I liked that it was very closed to Basel, Strasbourg, Colmar...
I liked that it was very closed to Basel, Strasbourg, Colmar,, Bern and Freiburg, wich me and my family had visited with a hired car.
I did not liked the noise in the nights, form the airplanes (the airport is also near), but I still have slept ok.

I'm not a lover of big cities in any case. This place may be strategically located for the airport, but the area seems very impersonal - all high-rise apartment blocks with no character. I would avoid this area in the future, however. In fact, the door to the flat we rented had been visibly forced so I imagine that the crime rate is quite high in the area.

Saint-Louis itself does not have much to offer but the city is only a short distance by bus and tram to nearby Basel (a more expensive place to stay). It is also much closer than Mulhouse to the Basel-Mulhouse airport.
This is a straightforward budget accommodation in vicinity of Basel.
— very close to the airport. Only minutes away from St Louis train station, which also has a tram line running into central Basel. The bus to Basel stoops almost outside the house. Central Basel is about 20 mins away on public transport.
— patisserie downstairs serves amazing coffee and croissants.
— there is iron, fan, microwaves, sugar, tea, etc.
— the keys are very easy to find. There is no need to wait for the landlord to check in or to check out.
The flat is newly refurbished and nicely designed, and the Indian restaurant across the street is fantastic, which is very convenient. Parking is free and private, check in was easy and the host communicated well and quickly, and offered any help needed.
Indeed the short drive to Basel Airport makes this flat a winner, for catching early morning flights.
The hotel was quiet, clean and overall lovely. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, both hotel staff and restaurant. The hotel manager drove us to the airport as the shuttle was going to be late! I believe this kind, friendly man set the tone for the whole establishment!! I can’t say enough good things - exceptional!!!

It's near the airport and you have to arrange for the ONE WAY free shuttle to the airport. You have to go by youself to the hotel. The receptionist was great, friendly and helpful. Hot water at the coffee machine.
