It was a very enjoyable stay. Alain welcomed us and showed us around.
The bed was extremely comfortable. The location was delightful. We spent one evening sitting in the garden, listening to the sounds of the countryside, with cider and wine to accompany us. The breakfast, on both mornings, was tasty. Homemade jams, fresh bread, crepes, homemade yoghurt, cheese, fresh kiwi fruit from the garden, and hot coffee all made for an excellent start to the day.
Just down the road, towards the A84, is a truck stop where we had a super evening meal. Help yourself starter (salad, cold meats, etc) followed by a tender steak and fries and pork steak with fries accompanied by help yourself wine, water, or cider all for €9.95 each. Everything was clean and well presented and the staff were friendly and efficient.

Beautiful, calm countryside location. The owner was very friendly and most welcoming and helpful, especially as we were arriving late and leaving early as we were going to the official D.Day celebrations. He kindly put us in a quiet chalet instead of a Tipee as we had to have quiet for an early night. That was very thoughtful and kind.

Very nice set of chalés in a lovely location in the Normandy countryside. Perfect size and atmosphere for coupkes. Very friendly staff who help you right away as soon as you ask for something. Unfortunately we didn't have breakfast there so I can't review that. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Ideal place to stay for our family holiday to Normandy. It was a good base to explore from, with everywhere we wanted to go within an hour's drive. Great communication from host. Well-equipped kitchen and large bedrooms.
Our stay at the French gîte was delightful. Its central location, while requiring a car, offered convenience without feeling congested. The spacious interiors and expansive gardens provided a sense of freedom. The highlight was undoubtedly the luxurious shower, and having Netflix available was a nice touch. The only minor inconvenience was the single toilet serving the entire property. Nonetheless, it didn't detract much from our overall enjoyment.
