The accommodation was excellent. A good sized, well equipped chalet in a quiet area of the main property's garden. Great jacuzzi and reasonable size swimming pool on site available for guests.
Good hosts, helpful, and nothing was too much trouble.
Would stay again in the future.

Well equipped ground floor apartment - full kitchen including a kettle for tea making. Good quality crockery and a good range of small utensils ( can openers/ corkscrews etc). Furniture in living room comfortable. Bed also comfortable. Well decorated. Small enclosed outside area, plus another area at the front of the property. Close to local amenities and beaches.
The concierge greeted us and explained the basics of the apartment.

Beautiful town, perfect size-not too big not too small, friendly people, clean beach, safe, many lifeguards. Super clean public bathrooms, many parking places available for free. It's a quiet but not boring town.

Characterful coastal town.
Characterful coastal town. In Summer there were lots of market stalls both in the town square and along the beach front. The large beach has lots of water activities such as windsurfing and sailing but there are separate areas for swimming so it is safe and enjoyable with lifeguards attending.
The lighthouse is worth a visit - there's a lovely promenade walk to it and you can climb the stairs to the top for a lovely view of the area.
St Georges was much quieter than neighbouring Royan.

Patrice has done a wonderful job in designing his bed and breakfast rooms. He is very friendly and to talk to. Breakfast was superb and he had made the yogurt, breads and pastries himself…..wonderful. The villa was very convenient for the beach front, had a lovely pool and was quiet.Patrice recommended an excellent restaurant for us at night so we had a great stay.
This is a pretty house with a very comfortable room for two. It is next to the St-George city center and the beach, Royan can be reached by city bus in 10 minutes. The hosts are nice and welcoming, it was a pleasure to talk with them.
Tastefully designed interior where comfort and cleanliness were exceptional. Property close to beach great choice of restuarants and shops yet accomodation was very peaceful.
