Madame was lovely. Scrambled eggs from the chickens on the farm was lovely, each morning. Very rustic apartment, but charming. Gardens are beautiful and Lilly the dog was great, as we took our little pup Peanut with us. We loved the location but for some people, the area doesn't have much. There were no local shops etc. We drive, so there was no problem. We absolutely loved our stay there and will return again. Amazing stay in a fabulous gite with everything we needed for a 2 week stay. Shame the weather was rubbish but lighting the wood burning stove on the chilliest evenings kept us toasty. WiFi worked really well (I had to work a couple of days)

The hotel was spotlessly clean and every room looked like it had been recently refurbished and was immaculately maintained; door locks, windows, bathroom equipment, entrance door, breakfast room equipment, all was like new and worked perfectly. The owners/managers (?) could not have been more helpful, friendly or accommodating, I was allowed to park my motorcycle at the rear of the property during my stay.

Central location, rooms appear to be undergoing refurbishment on a piecemeal basis but it's pot luck as to whether you get the new or old version. Staff very helpful on storing our bikes overnight.
