A gem, not what I had expected, well thought out rooms and very nicely appointed. Owner was most helpful and very accomodating. A number of other hotels could do well emulate his approach.

This great budget accomodation, clean, fluffy white large towels, hot shower. Large windows, comfortable bed and big shared kitchen. Friendly staff. Lunch in the restaurant downstairs was delicious and 15 euro per person. Really comfortable night stay.

St.Affrique is a cosy and adorable village and Le 1837 is a great spot to have a relaxing hide-away and be well-located in the village as well. We did some excursions to Millau and Gorges Du tarn on a 40-60min drive. Hotel brings a wonderful “ease” to relax with the help of a spacious room, great beds and garden and private parking.
it looks like a very simple hotel and we didn't expect much as we were anyway just there for one night. But we were so surprised! The dinner was excellent! The service and kindness of the host was wonderful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Would definetely recommend and go there again.
Travel for business. Very late arrival, 3 of us. Hotel staff were very accommodating and helpful. Real shame that we couldn't enjoy the hotel facilities the pool and spa and enjoy the area. Work gets in the way!!! Have no doubts about re-booking here.
I was visiting the Aveyron region . The hotel was a great base to do this ... very friendly and competent staff , easy and plenty of parking . The breakfast was always very good .
