The location is fab. Not only is the property set in its own extensive grounds, it is situated in a lovely rural location but only 10 minutes from the A63. Dom and Seba are a delight, friendly attentive and helpful, on a particularly hot day they made sure to keep the room as cool as they could before we arrived.

Location, hotel, room, parking, food and the owners were all superb. Felt homely and welcoming. The room was spacious and the owner very friendly and helpful.
