I had travelled from Rotterdam via train and CDG is a very large airport and then I had to push my heavy suitcase several hundred metres to the hotel, so I wasn't very happy.
I needed to stay overnight to enable me to catch my 10.35am flight to Perth, Western Australia. In future I will perhaps travel from a closer location.

Very easy to get to, friendly service, comfy bed and friendly & helpful staff. Amazingly quiet considering it is close to the airport.
The location is perfect for anyone flying from Charles de Gaulle airport having a shuttle train within a 100 meters walk. Also a great location for anyone having to return a rental car (Car-2-Europe) as the drop off is just around the corner.

The hotel charged the "total amount" at the time of booking and then I got a message on my Booking.com app that they are a cashless hotel so the balance can only be paid by card. At the reception, they said that the guest (I did not book for myself) must pay the additional "city tax" fees only by card. But the guest had only cash. In the end, the hotel sends me an email with a link to pay extra, which is unacceptable due to the recent high level of fraud, and even Booking.com always tells its customers not to click on any payment links. The hotel staff's attitude towards this issue was inadequate and extremely unprofessional. In the end, they couldn't find the cash to give change, so that fee remained unpaid.

If you're arriving to CDG at night, it's a pain to get to. For a massive international airport with late night flights, there should be more than one bus leaving from one place that doesn't take you an hour to find. During the day it's easy, but arriving late at night book somewhere else.

He wouldn’t sell me any crisps or chocolates.
Even though there were 8 bags of mixed food in the counter.

Good hotel 15 minutes from Charles de Gaulle airport for a quick layover. Hotel was very quiet and had a nice bar/restaurant area. Food was ok but the staff were attentive. The air-conditioning did not work to cool the room so we complained at check out and they appreciated our feedback. Hotel has a shuttle to and from the airport which ran every half hour so that was a great addition to our stay.
The hotel is in an excellent position - right next to the airport and also close to the train into Paris. The hotel staff were extremely helpful on providing information. The buffet breakfast was a much higher quality than I expected and the dining area was very comfortable.
Modern hotel located in between Terminals 2E & 2F at Charles de Gaulle Airport. The sound proofing in the rooms is very good. Clean room, comfortable bed.
