The drains in the toilet smelt really bad. I complained to the receptionist and instead of changing my room, she attempted to clean the drains with chemicals to remove the smell. Well it only lasted for ten minutes. The toilet seat had the previous occupant's hair and despite the fact that I signified to the cleaning crew to clean my room (by putting my card outside my room), my room especially the smelly toilet was not cleaned. Buses are available every 30 minutes and after 9.30pm the hotel location becomes accessible only by cab or walking almost a mile from the nearest bus station.

Forget CDG Airport if you want a day or two in Paris.
Forget CDG Airport if you want a day or two in Paris. You can't get there in a day. And never ever leave your luggage at the CDG Left Luggage. Never ever fly Air France where seats are too small for children.

Roissy-en-France isn't a tourist destination so a review of it is silly. Caveat - I was on foot and spent only a couple of hours walking around so probably there is more to the town than I saw. It was probably once a charming small town that has been commandeered by CDG airport. Now it seems to be just cheap airport hotels and light industrial businesses catering to the ailines. I found very few places to eat and almost none to buy groceries. You can walk a mile along a busy freeway to the truly dreadful Aeroville shopping center which is a crowded consumerist nightmare with high prices and a lot of stupid cookie-cutter, characterless stores selling overpriced crap. There is one grocery store there - Aucan, with very high prices compared to almost anywhere in France. There seems to be a nice park to walk in in Roissy but it was too cold to do so when I was there. In short I feel sorry for this little town which had the bad luck to have a giant airport move in next door.

Paris is always a place that would be my first choice when I...
Paris is always a place that would be my first choice when I plan to Europe as because of the facilitates the airport has. From the airport you can take Metro to the city center or to the hotel where you booked to stay (I usually book my accommodation through www.booking.com). If you are willing to stay for few days or week(s), just purchase a navigo card that you can purchase before you get on the Metro at CDG airport and the Customer Service is willing to speak English too compare if you buy in the city, mostly they refuse to provide service if you speak in English. And if you buy a single trip in the city, you could ended up standing long in the queue. Take any Metro or city map to check where to go and what to visit while in the country. Circle/mark it where you stay so it is easier for your to get back to you hotel. If you choose accommodation, make sure it is closer to the public transportations/Metro. If you are from Asia and cannot away from Asian foods, make sure to search Asian restaurant in the first days so you can mixed your food planning between Asian and European foods. Avoid any crowd and make sure to keep safe any of your valuable items. And enjoy every moments you are there even though it is during the winter or summer time. And thank you to Emirates/EK crews who always provide their best services during my flights.

The hotel itself was fine, but they close their restaurant for dinner on weekends which is a huge problem and disappointed. Because we booked through a travel site (Booking.com) we went by their information which did not indicate the lack of dinner options. For us the major complaint is with Booking.com for not providing accurate information. If you just want/need a bed, then perhaps this hotel would be fine, but we needed a decent meal after a day of travel and an early morning flight the next day.

If you need to stay near Charles de Gaulle airport, you can't beat this hotel. It opens into terminal 2E and is one escalator away from the train station. At the same time, the rooms are unbelievably quiet, even though they overlook the tarmac. The staff was professional and friendly, we had a great meal at the bar, the breakfast is offered at 6:30am, which is great if you have an early flight, and the facilities were clean and modern.
Compact room with all the comforts, the hotel has a well-endowed gym to keep up with training, direct access using cdgval is my preferred option for Charles de Gaulle since I find vans to the airport stressful since they don't keep the schedules. The reception staff was out of this world nice and helpful.
I also thought the games all around the lobby were a special treat, and the space to accommodate them confortably
There is bus from and to CDG airport that stops outside the hotel and can take about 12 to 20 minutes. The timetable for this bus is at the bus stop - the timetable the hotel provides at reception is innaccurate and one would end up missing the buses and using the hotel shuttle. Big bed with a bunker at top. Good breakfast if you pay for it. The hotel has packed cold and expensive food options which they can reheat.
Great find for those looking for a hotel close to Charles de Gaulle. With the free airport transfer you get to the hotel in few minutes, and the rooms are great, comfortable, nicely set and super clean. The common area with games and bar was great for the kids to kill time. Staff super friendly, and even provided us with early check in. Absolutely recommend and whenever needed, thats where I am staying.
Hotel is in the walking distance from Terminal 3 of Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport.
Reception staff understood that we had a problem with cleanliness of the original room and the second room, and they changed our room.
I did find, to my joy, in the breakfast area packed, gluten-free croissant, bun, and some sweet bun. Though, they need it to be more baked or heated. I didn't see any microwave.
Great location at Charles de Gaulle airport. Modern hotel with spacious lobby and nice bar/restaurant. The room was tiny but it was all in a good state. The room gave me the controls to adjust the temperature, light colour, etc. The bed was ok, in terms of comfort, and it was big. Overall, a great value for money option if you have to spend a night at the CDG airport. I would stay there again.
I liked that is really closed to the airport (CDG), and the hotel itself is in a walking distance from a RER station that quickly connects both the airport and the city of Paris without any complications. Also the price is very reasonable for what they offer, compared to other hotels in the center of Paris. I would stay there again if I am going to Paris for few days.
This place was exceptional. Unfortunately we only had one night in France as this was a layover for a return trip home. We chose the hotel due to it's close proximity to Charles de Gaulle airport. The room was super clean, the staff were courteous and helpful, and the bed was very comfortable. We wished we could have stayed here longer.
Hotel has an excellent location, just 2 min by walk to the airport. Great for early flights. I believe I saw two restaurants at this property so if you are hungry you can have a meal at the hotel instead coming back to Paris or wandering around. There is a store at the terminal as well but unfortunately closes around 9pm.
We were looking for some place near airport and this hotel was perfect for what we needed. Room is quite enough , bath was very small . We didn't took the breakfast because no time so I cannot say about it. The hotel is just 2 min away from CDG-VAL train between terminals . The noise from plane not audible.
It's accessible via the CDG Val train from the airport. Get down at the "Terminal 3 Roissypole" stop of the CDG VAL train (free of charge metro system for transit around CDG airport). The hotel is then a 100 meters or so by walk from the station. I ordered pumpkin ravioli here. It was good.
Convenient location at Terminal 3 of CDG airport. You can take CDGVAL from Terminal 2 to Terminal 3 and walk within 5 min. You can also take the Roissybus from the bus terminal nearby in case you need to go out to Paris Opera. The buffet style breakfast is good. Clean and comfortable.
The hotel was near to Paris CDG airport (knows as airport hotels) but it was too far from Paris City Center. No transport convenience from hotel to city center. To reach Paris city center, need to go to airport (by bus) and take two trains to reach city center.
Roissy is a quiet, small town, with very few places to eat. Hotel location is convenient to access the main street of Roissy, but it is not just by the airport. If one wants to have a quiet place to rest after a long flight it is a good place to stay.
Have used this hotel several times on regular holidays in France. Mainly because of it's location to CDG Airport and the lovely village of Roissy-en-France, Also, we stay an extra day to enjoy the amazing shopping experience at Aeroville.
The prestige of being in a Hilton brand. The hotel is adjacent to CDG airport. Hotel amenities and the breakfast that we always look forward to. Hotel comfort and security.
The property is good value near CDG airport. Roissy-en-France is quaint and has some good restaurants. The rooms are basic, but clean and excellent value for money.
Comfortable airport hotel. Good choice for arrival at Charles de Gaulle airport with Bikes. Hotel restaurant was very good for breakfast and dinner. Helpful staff.
