The family room was big, clean, modern and perfect for the 3 of us. Claire was exceptional and very accommodating as we arrived later than anticipated and even the very early start we had the next day.

Reception staff always very helpful and friendly. Excellent English speaking staff. Room was very quiet, we had a view over the car park which is free and secured.
Breakfast was excellent.
Have stayed in the two adjacent hotels previously at a much higher cost, but always had cause to complain. This hotel absolutely no complaints a great relief will definitely be returning to this hotel.
Very close to the lake which is an excellent place to walk or use the fitness trail..
