Location close enough to Cherbourg for our early morning Ferry. Booked last minute. Basic room but comfortable and clean and large. Clean adequate bathroom. Private parking - we had biked on the back of the car and they were safe overnight as Hotel out of town in the lovely French countryside

From the moment I arrived here this promised to be a very special place to stay and it just got better and better. It started with the welcoming greeting of our hosts and their hospitality. The accommodation is spacious and luxurious. the interior design and furnishings are a delight and of exceptional high quality. Considerable thought has gone into every decorative finish, every fitting and every-piece of furniture to create a perfect place.
Then there is the food! If I could award Michelin stars it would get the highest rating from me. Beautifully presented with flavours that delight the taste buds.
I cannot wait to come back again.

Lovely Breakfast. The location of the Chateau is ideas for anyone heading to the ferry at Cherbourg. If you can try to book a table at the nearby restaurant La Table de Henri which is excellent.
