It was a unique and exciting experience, even for seasoned campers.
The owner did all the washing up, as there was no sink or running water at the tent.
It was great exercise, after a day's cycling, to walk down and up the 54 steps to use the private bathroom and shower.

Love the location. Just right for a touring holiday of northern France. Hotel and grounds were beautiful. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. A good size room with just the right facilities. Hotel and room decor was beautiful and well presented.
A wonderful find. Friendly service, the room was large and comfortable with beautiful views of the golf course. Breakfast was delicious and dinner at the hotel restaurant was exceptional. We would definitely go back.
