A good place to stay. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Brand new shower and kitchen. This place is a good base to go hiking in the mountains nearby. (20min drive to col de la schlucht / Honeck)
Location was fine but needed to travel out of Plainfaing to find good places to eat out. Lots of places within driving distance to go and explore. Good for access to the vosges mountains. Good sized rooms, did not feel cramped.
Our host did not speak much English but had translator on his phone.
This hotel had a nice traditional authentic feel to it. The rooms were nice with great views. Enjoyed watching the farm animals. Food was very good, traditional home cooking. We enjoyed our stay here a very relaxing place.
We liked the pool. We liked the view. We liked the bar and the games. We liked the feeling of travelling back in time - the hotel is dated and is past its peak.
