The staff were warm and welcoming and helped us have a pleasant stay.
The rooms were a good size and well equipped. The bed was comfortable and the shower worked nicely. Our party had 2 rooms and an issue with the toilet in one room was fixed while we ate dinner. So 10 out of 10 for efficiency. The room had a kettle and facilities to make drinks. The private decking outside each unit was a nice touch and provided a good view down the valley.
We enjoyed a good meal and wine at reasonable prices and breakfast was adequate being typical of a continental breakfast.
Overall a very pleasant stay and would stay again and recommend.

We liked the environment that was so calm and relaxing. The hosts are great and really do care about your well-being. So much choice for breakfast from cheese to yoghurts or ham or eggs or jam, honey... The room was clean and you've got the choice between a shower or a bath, very comfy beds as well. We simply loved our stay.
Everything was great. I recommend this hotel to everyone who likes quiet place, good and clean room, nice staff, nice view on the lake. Owner is very friendly and helpful. Food is very testy. Next time I will stay longer.

We were so welcome and helped by the new owners of this hotel as there was a mistake with our booking.
It was Saturday evening and all the hotels in 1,5 hour drive were fully booked.
Fortunately we could stay for the night and enjoyed snacks, live music and drinks!
The breakfast was simple, fresh and just right!

The location is stunning, the staff are lovely and the food was good. The bedding and mattress were impeccable. The bathroom was spotless. We only had the choice of a basic room, which normal we wouldn’t have chosen, however the hotel was packed and there were no other options!
