Good position near train and up the hill to the old town
I liked the location extremely close to the Sud de France arena, where I attended a concert. There is a tram stop practically outside the hotel, so it is very easy to get into the city centre. There is a restaurant and bakery beside the hotel. The hotel also provides an excellent breakfast. It's also a short taxi ride to the airport.
We visited Monpellier to attend the concert in the venue located 5 minutes walk from the hotel (Sud de France Arena), so for us hotel location was perfect : ) There is a bar in the hotel lobby where we could enjoy some drinks after the concert.
In a calm industrial area of Montpellier. Bed a bit small but comfortable, and they gave us a cot bed for my boy. Had breakfast in the hotel - it was average. Pool was okay- not as big as shown in the photos. It’s definitely smaller irl.
When I think of budget hotels, I think F1 or Premiere Classe, but this is far better. A good sized room, comfortable bed. Room has kettle and coffee too.
