No one explained anything to us
We selected our cooked breakfast to then be told a 5 mins wait for eggs - not a problem if advised
Could not find fruit till ask another guest who told me was in the next room
Took us forever to get pit of tea with no one offering service - the lady I asked said our server would come to tap me but never did
There maple syrup containers were both empty on the pancake island
The whole thing was cleared away noisily by 10.45 even though service went to 10:30
How the last guests got on have no idea
Really poor of the 4 hotels on our trip yours was the one we thought would be really special but in reality the worst by far

Everything was perfect! Just beautiful hotel with perfect location. The rooms are spacy, bathrooms with Nuxe shower gels and body lotions. If I could give more points than 10 for the hotel I would give more.

It was a lovely place with amazing helpful, kind, and attentive staff.
Wonderful pool and garden with spacious rooms and pleasant bathrooms. We were surprised the hotel has two stars and felt it should have three. Great breakfast in the garden (which we were pleased to pay extra for) and a welcoming and helpful host. In this location and with a pool, this hotel offers brilliant value.
