This place was very confortable, very much like a homey feeling. Very clean and practical. I really appreciated the little details, like having available some laundry soap or the salt and pepper. It’s the little gestures that make a big impact :) It was very convenient to have a bakery and convenient store around the corner as well.

It fit my unusual criteria - it had parking suitable for a car with a roof box, was relatively close to a simple public transport route to Musee D’Orsay and within a reasonable journey of the channel tunnel. It was clean and comfortable, breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and willing.
It was good to see a hot drinks tray in France.
When I accidentally booked for the wrong dates they were very helpful in allowing me to change without charging the cancellation fee they were entitled to.
It clearly wasn’t usually used by tourists but it worked for us and would make a reasonably stopover.

Neauphle-le-chateau is a very nice cute little town. Both times I stayed there I left with charged batteries and minimum stress levels. Totally recommended!!
