Easy to access, clean, beautifully presented. Had everything we needed.
It's close to my parents' house where we spend Christmas. This time we stayed in the largest room which happens to be right above the bar and restaurant. Since it's closed over Christmas, it was super quite. No foot traffic to bother us in the middle of the night.
The breakfast was also good with local foods such as comté and Morteau sausage 😉
A good value well run hotel with good size and well appointed bedrooms.
There is car parking and Morteau is a good base for exploring the Doubs valley.
All staff very efficient and pleasant.
Snacks and cheese/charcuterie boards available in bar area.
The location is great. It's in the center or town so if you have some last-minute shopping before Christmas it's great. The hotel also has free parking and you can access the hotel at night after hours with a PIN code.
