Tiny little hotel in the heart of the old city, somewhat old but stylish - liked it a lot. Fantastic location, minute away from any place in the old town, and we also managed to find a parking spot right in front of it.

We liked that we could check in late. We arrived at the property at midnight, opened the entrance door with a code and took the apartment keys out of the locker. There were only apartments for rent in the building, so we didn't disturb anyone with a late arrival. This was very convenient for us. We had a small apartment with a living room, a bedroom (with open shower and toilet) and a kitchen. In the morning we bought bread at a nearby bakery.

The owners are extremely friendly and supportive. The room was clean and comfortable and the beds were great. The price included breakfast, with the possibility of having scrambled eggs.

We would recommend La Creperie du Donjon for delicious food and friendly service, as well as La Fabrique Trattoria for amazing Italian food and staff who speak excellent English.

Cannot say as only stayed overnight. Would like to have seen more but was travelling south. Loved the wonderful ancient buildings etc. Only downside was being unable to find somewhere to eat which was unsuccessful as each place we tried was full.
Superb! 5 star apartment! Johnny (the owner) prepared his apartment like a hotel, even better than some hotels. Immaculate and and spotless with everything you would expect in a hotel. Glad we booked instead of the more pricier hotels in the area. We were welcomed and everything was explained to us in detail. A few minutes stroll took us into the centre of Montrichard a lovely little town on the river Cher. All in all a wonderful pick. Would highly recommended.
The location was excellent and the accommodation was super clean and well presented. Off eoad parking right next to the accomodation was very useful and the property is located very close to the centre of Montrichard.

The breakfast was very good.
Very close to the hotel is square with lovely restaurants. When we went, live acoustic vocal light jazz/classics was being played. Brilliant.
