The food was good when the kitchen was open and over the 3 nights we stayed the kitchen was only open for dinner on one occasion and not at all for lunch This was not obvious to us at the time of booking. Recommendations from reception for alternative restaurants within the vicinity were minimal and directions were poor. Lunch Bar snacks and drinks were available but there was no one to serve them. We had to ask reception to serve the snack which looked as thought they were made by the constructions workings

An amazing building full of character that I happened across cycling up the Voie Verte no.3. I was the only guest and had a fantastic oat pancake breakfast in the morning with apple juice from the orchard in the grounds. A really unique place to stay, full of atmosphere.

This is a fab property done up beautifully with some very groove features (we particularly loved the massage chair after a long day of cycling!) We felt very welcomed and wish we could’ve stayed another night to experience everything the property had to offer!
