Manuel and Barbara could not have been more friendly and helpful. The chalet was compact yet efficient in its use of space and provided privacy whilst having assistance close at hand. Free use of the heated pool was great and, although we didn't use it, a jacuzzi was also available. The location would be hard to beat for anybody wanting to visit the surrounding chateaux.,

Fantastic 3 night stay.. perfect location, central for exploring the upper Loir Valley. Hosts were very friendly and knowledgeable. They provided the perfect mix between interaction and privacy. Morning breakfast was outstanding, room was clean and tidy and the property is picturesque providing a great place to unwind with a glass of wine at the end of the day.

Food was delicious but small and pretencious proportions for a set meal. Rooms spacious but very tierd and in much need of maintainence. Just tinkering on it's three star status in my humble opinion.

Lovely property in the countryside for an overnight stop off. The food in the restaurant was fantastic - we loved the tasting menu. Good place for a restful stay with a nice hot tub and a pool. My family enjoyed the tennis courts too. We had a great room with doors that opened onto a private terrace. Do visit the vineyard nearby as their wine is great and superb value! They offer tastings happily and you can fill your boot.

Renovated 18th century farmhouse 6 km from Amboise in the heart of the vineyards and castles of the Loire, family atmosphere and friendly. Restoration is only possible for our hotel guests.

Fabulous location and feeling of space. Room was superb - the most comfortable bed and pillow I can remember, and a superb shower. Lots of space and sitting areas outside, very pretty pond and gardens. Lovely.
