Such a beautiful French chateau, well renovated and clearly cared for, everything felt comfortable, from bedding to the bathroom and dining room.
We had a wonderful night’s stay at chateau de Bruges, I wish we had longer to enjoy the warm hospitality of Jake, Danielle and Graham! They were so accommodating for our very late arrival and Graham had dinner prepared for us on arrival which was superb!
Our room was immaculate and so well designed- we found out Danielle had done a lot of the upholstering and it brought the whole room together! We had a comfortable nights sleep even with a downpour outside, it was perfectly quiet inside!
On waking we had a beautiful continental breakfast included with fresh local pastries and meats and cheeses which set us up for our long drive back to Bordeaux!
Thank you to the team (and Merlin and curious!) for a wonderful stay, we will definitely be back and highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area to pick chateau de Bruges!
