The property is absolutely phenomenal. The decoration of our suite was in hues of blue with gold accents which elicited the tranquility that the ocean bestows. The overall decoration has many small details which were pleasing. The large terrace was extremely appreciated as it made the impending sunrise a magnificent event.
The hosts grow herbs and fruits on the property which are absolutely delicious. Breakfast was included, and it was an extensive well-presented spread. Of note, the star of the breakfast was the delectable lemon mousse made by Chantal. We had the pleasure of sampling fresh eggs from the chickens on the property as well.
If you are looking for a luxurious or elevated experience outside the city, then this is it. The property contains a plethora of physical activities as well.
Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay. The room was quiet and peaceful. Chantal was knowledgeable, pleasant and extremely hospitable. In addition, the local area is worth exploring. We could not have asked for a better experience.

A charming hotel and fabulous location. The hotel is right in the heart of Saint Remy with bars and restaurants on the doorstep and walking distance of the whole town. Lovely pool area with plenty of sun loungers and a pretty courtyard area where you can relax with drinks in the evening. We had a nice room with a big shower, separate toilet, and very comfortable bed, as well as a small balcony overlooking the courtyard with a table and chairs. There was also parking (chargeable daily) which was an added bonus and is just a short walk away. Everyone who worked there was warm, friendly, and helpful. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and would definitely recommend.

Mas Valentine was extremely comfortable and well presented. Our room was excellent, the pool was lovely (perhaps a little chilly) and breakfasts were excellent. Finally all the staff were helpful and cheerful.
