Modern out of town basic hotel that was ok for a night stopover. It had a pool but was pretty cold so I didn't try it. Decent bar and restaurant on site but too far to walk to anything else as quite a way out of town. Secure parking for our motorbikes and helpful staff.

While the apartment is small it is well laid out and had everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable with easy access to the centre of town and the shops.

A small town surrounded by smaller towns. If you are looking for something, you may not find it, but if you are just looking, you will find many wonderful things and people. There is a beautiful and quiet trail along the lazy river. You'll see others, but it's not crowded.

Not much happening. Not many places to eat especially if you want to sit outside - we had to as we have a dog. Two nice places to eat and they are next to each other - The Creperie Bretonne (where we ate and had great Gallettes and crepes) and a Pizza restaurant (don’t know the name) - both extremely busy - think you had to book for the pizza one. Managed to park our car in the same side street just feet away - we had a loaded car as en route south and wanted to leave it where we could see it. Visited Marmande as staying at Originals City Hotel which has a great location less than a minute off the autoroute and is excellent. However we sat and had a chat with some great professional singers from Paris who were competing in the 35th MusicFestival in Marmande - and one of them won it!

The well laid-out town centre belies the rather mundane entrance in to the town via the usual French strip development approach to commercial and industrial development.
Good separation of pedestrian and vehicle traffic.
This is the most beautiful house. An exceptionally stylish and unique place to stay in Marmande - unfortunately, we only had time for one night, but would have extended our trip if we could. The host was so welcoming and made us feel at home, provided a lovely breakfast in the morning and was very happy to chat with us about the town and his amazing home. They have a spa at the property, too and when we return, we,ll be sure to book into the hammam and for a massage! A perfect place to stay in a beautiful city.
Good fairly modern hotel near the train station. Very accommodating. We stayed in many versions of accommodation on our bike trip but this is the one where we had the best nights sleep due to the good, quiet air-conditioning and black out roller blinds.
We were on a cycle trip. The hotel had a secure locker for the bikes. We got a nice welcome. The hotel was convenient and easy to find and a short walk from the city centre. Although close to a main road we had a quiet and comfortable night.

A great bike-friendly option..The staff was wonderful and check in was easy. The fellow at reception was a huge help - possibly the best customer service we have experienced in France so far. A good stay!
Out of town location, which is fine for us as we have a dog, 20 min walk into town. Hotel has a restaurant which was handy. Good value for a short stay, there is also a swimming pool for summer months.
.Great central location for visiting on foot. Parking in front of the hotel is free from 6pm to 9am. During day you can get a parking card for 2 euro. Staff is very welcoming. Nice to have a kettle.
The hotel is very well located near the motorway With an excellent routier in easy walking distance for a well priced evening meal. The breakfast is very good but rather expensive.
