My stay at the property was generally okay. The location was convenient, and the room had the basic amenities needed for a short stay. However, the cleanliness could have been improved, and the staff were polite but not very attentive. It was an average experience overall, suitable for a quick visit but with some room for improvement

It's a lovely little self contained unit in a very quiet location. It was clean, well equipped, comfortable and affordable. It has a great shower and lovely little outside terrace surrounded by flowers and greenery. The hosts are very friendly and helpful.

I have stayed at 100’s of properties on booking.com and very rarely feel the need to write a review but Chez Gaston prompted me to do this. This is exceptional. The fit out is to a very high spec and design beautiful. This is the best value for money stay I have ever had on this site. Jordan the host could not have been more accommodating and for a family stay (2 boys) it was fantastic. I think this is new on booking.com, so I would book soon because Jordan you should be charging more for this 😉. Shame we only had one night here on a stop over.

We had a large twin room which was on the first floor in the building opposite the main hotel. My son also had a room in the main hotel.
The breakfasts were excellent and the staff were lovely and very helpful especially organising a return taxi journey to the wedding venue.
We also had a great corden blue meal in the restaurant on our first night. It was a total surprise and very good value for money. If the taxi journey hadn’t have been so expensive we would have stayed on. There was no food available during the day in the hotel apart from breakfast. My son found somewhere eventually for a takeaway lunch.

Hotel Blanc provided a good value for money rural location to the much higher priced accommodation in nearby Annecy. We had a very enjoyable one night stop on our car tour with safe parking available. Very helpful staff and an excellent dinner was enjoyed in the restaurant.
Breakfast included a range of high quality sweet and savoury items. The hotel reflected much care and attention to detail from the beautiful displays of flowers to the well appointed rooms. The staff were readily available to happily meet guests’ needs
Good location close to Annecy, we had a quiet, spacious room at the back of the hotel. Outdoor swimming pool was great. Perfect for us for a stopover on our journey to South of France.
