Beautiful home with plenty of communal space and we were made to feel very at home and able to make full use of dining and living areas as well as the huge garden with fruit trees. The room (“Jeanne”) was light and airy, clean and very well presented with a nice outdoor terrace onto the garden. Marie was also able to provide us with a travel cot for our daughter. Breakfast was beautifully done with everything we needed. We didn’t have dinner there but Marie gave us a list of restaurants she recommended in Epernay that suited all tastes. Epernay is a 10 minute drive away. Marie made us feel very welcome and was very helpful with everything we needed. Her English is also perfect.

The breakfast was great, prepared and served by the lovely lady. The bed was huge and the room was spacious. I even had the opportunity to iron my shirts. The aparment is very very close to some of the best Champagne Houses in town.

Lovely family run business which meant the staff had a real personal touch & couldn’t do enough to help. On the evening we arrived the weather was poor. We asked the lady on reception to ring the take away pizza shop which she did no problems. While waiting served with competitively priced real nice beer. Very comfortable room, nice shower. Lovely breakfast again reasonably priced. As bikers no garage but the large car park and area seemed quite safe. Great place to stay.

You’ll receive an exceptional service from the moment you arrive. Everything is preempted for you making you feel very special as guests. The hotel is designed beautifully throughout with an incredible attention to detail. The bedrooms are stunning, spacious and provide spectacular views over the Champagne vineyards. The bar and bistro restaurant are brilliant but for a truly memorable experience book into The Royal which is outstanding. The Spa and treatments are 5 star and extremely luxurious. We spent two days at the hotel and neither of us wanted to leave - we can’t wait to return.
