The house is very new, some construction still ongoing. It's practical to visit Dijon from there in 15-20 min by car.

Great location right on the canal & the restaurant below had very good dining if rather high end pricing. You do need to book though. Strangely breakfast was not on offer however we found a boulangerie on the outskirts of the village towards the motorway that offered a breakfast option. As we were biking on and there is not much on offer along this stretch of the canal it is worth buying some lunch items.
