It's a very central location and staff were nice.The room and decor is fairly worn, and dark. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast eventhough was only light and cost €5 just had bread roll or crossant with jam. There was also juice and apples. It suited us as we were only staying one night.

If you are looking for a retreat, facing difficulties, lost hope...go find yourself in Lourdes. Mary is real. Jesus is real. Both of them are Alive. They are not illusions, they are not made up...they care about your well being. Go cry in the Grotto like I did for the first time in 1995. Pour out your heart to The Holy Mother. She Herself will take you to Her son, Jesus...leading you there with her sound advice you must definitely heed, "Do whatever He tells you..."
He Himself will come to embrace you...accept Him as your Lord and Saviour and now your life story begins...
I will NEVER regret going to Lourdes in that July 1995. I was in shreds! Now life has taken a different turn...it is not a bed of roses but I have a Mother whom to turn to when things get tough and a friend who helps me all along...Jesus always by my side....

Sanctuary area is very well maintained, clean and beautiful. Lourdes is mainly seen as an pilgrimage, however you can have a great time here too. Wonderful place with very friendly people.

Lourdes is vaguely interesting (for a quick visit), and the location is good wrt the Pyrenees... but honestly, I'd stay somewhere else (smaller villages) next time... If you're a cyclist rather than a catholic pilgrim, this place is really not for you

The place has a great location, close to downtown, and easy...
The place has a great location, close to downtown, and easy access to the train station as it is next door. The overall facilities are good, beds are ok, not great but they do their job, and the apartment is small if you plan to spend a lot of time in it. For us, we used it to only sleep as we went there to go road biking in the pyrenees and the location is great for that. My only comlaint, not related to the apartment, but to Lourdes is that there is limited shuttle service to and from the airport so if yu arrive too late or have to leave very early, most likely you'll have to pay for a taxi that runs between 35 to 45 euros as of July 2024.
It was near to the "sanctuaires" (several minutes by foot down the hill) and the city center.
The staff at the breakfast room was very friendly and the breakfast was very good for the prize: the biggest and freshest croissants I had during my whole journey through France, cheese, different jams, honey, butter, fruits, yoghurt, orange juice, coffee, tea. I can recommend to take breakfast. The prize was not too high, the room was clean and they changed the towels. Nice bathroom. Lift in the hotel to reach the room.
Staff were very friendly.
The hotel was also a short walk to the Grotto of Lourdes which made our pilgrimage very worthwhile.
There was also an Asian restaurant - Asian Delices, serving Filipino food which was just a few steps away from the hotel.
We visited Lourdes in mid Novemver which is the off-season for tourists so we could spend more time at the Grotto praying. The disadvantage was almost all shops and even hotels were closed so not much choices for outside eating or shopping.
I Love everything about this accommodation, the location is excellent! The staff and owners are super friendly, helpful and make you feel so welcome!
