Our room was wonderful - nice and clean and recently updated (although some corners are quite dated it's very clean and well-kept.) We had a wonderful view over the mountains so could watch the storm roll in whilst sitting on our balcony. It was our anniversary and they had left us a small gift and a card to wish us a happy celebration. Dinner was good (we're not really foodies, but it was very nice) and the cocktails in the bar were excellent. It's definitely a family friendly hotel, and I'm not sure we'd highly recommend it for the best place for a couples' romantic getaway as the dining room is quite utilitarian (it's the same place they serve breakfast) but again, the service was very good. Breakfast was great (for a French breakfast). Loads of choice and all very fresh and local. A huge shout out to the staff member (Nicolas - with the lovely glasses) who checked us in and out who was very friendly and would be one of the reasons we would come to stay again - it's lovely to have a warm, friendly, chatty welcome. Very nice brand new hotel. Particularly loved the fireplace in the big lobby/living room.

The location is just perfect, ski lift just in front of the hotel as well as the green area a round the hotel is perfect for a walk of play with the kids. The hotel and the rooms are clean and spacious.
