The hotel has a very good location but it is in need of a refurbishment as this is the second time we have stayed and this time its looking a little worn out, especially for the price we paid

The chateau is located opposite the historic citadelle and just a few minutes walk from the centre of town. The hotel has beautiful gardens with a terrace to sit and read or enjoy a drink. The restaurant is modern and well appointed and has a good menu with good quality food. Our room was quirky with a huge bedroom with amazing plasterwork details on the walls. The bathroom was enormous with similarly amazing features. The bed was the most comfortable we'd slept in on our 10 days trip.
