The breakfast is very complete!! Also we had a problem with one of the waiters at the bar and the hotel apologize for him right away and they even offer us drinks at the bar to compensate us. It was very kind of them!
Novotel Saclay is a renovated farmhouse in a green setting close to Paris and the Chevreuse Valley. Guest rooms blend excellent facilities with modern décor.
The apartment was just like in the photos. The beds were very comfy. Everything is new, and very clean. The kitchen is vast and equipped. The dishwasher and the washing machine came in handy. There is a shopping center right next to the building, with big supermarket among other stores, gas station, car wash. The highway to Paris is 1 minute away and it takes you between 30 and 50 minutes to get there, depending on the rush hour.
The hotel is in a great location very easy to access even with a large vehicle.
But the best thing about the place is the staff, they were all very welcoming giving great advice and even arranging an early breakfast as I had to leave before 7am.

the business that I deal with but primarily because the staff are fantastic. They know that I am trying to learn French so try to slip in new words for me to add to my vocabulary.

Excellent custom service, staff friendly and welcoming. Room had all the facilities advertised and they were working, we’ve stayed in campanile and on 2different occasion s, we had to go to reception to ask for towels. It is also in a good location ,close to ulis commercial center with shops and restaurants
A big shoutout to the Receptionist who helped me at 5 in the morning to find a taxi, after my reservation was cancelled all of a sudden. He was extremely helpful and kind. These are the type of things you remember when you reserve an hotel, more than a nice breakfast or a fancy room.
I can only say good things about this place. My son left his favourite toy. We called the hotel and they very kindly posted the toy back to us. We are very grateful for this.
For such a small hotel the breakfast was very nice, good variety. The room was clean, perfect for a stopover.
The apparment is súper. It has everything you May need. Confortable and beautiful. Modern and well equipped. Close to Carrefour and close to Orsay where you can move to París by train.
