We loved our stay in this Chalet hotel. Julie, Margaux and the entire team were absolutely amazing and made our stay really comfortable and memorable. We booked a whole chalet which was a great choice for a group of 5. The hotel has ski-in / ski-out access which makes it extremely fun and convenient. The staff are really helpful and friendly and the overall customer service is exceptional! They offer a shuttle service 1 time per day after ski lifts close and to/from the car parking.

All being relative this is an excellent little hotel. Don't expect super luxury, but everything is fine, with helpful staff, proper service, clean facilities and good food.
