The main reception man on arrival was very friendly,efficient, considerate and friendly I knew we would enjoy our stay as he had a lot of people to deal with booking in but did it in a great way,not rushing you through but ticking the boxes. He's an asset to your team and that's why I'm giving you this feedback as usually I can't be bothered but he requested it and due to his hard work I feel its the least I can do. Easy to leave on bikes , they let us park our bikes in the hotel. We had to carry them up a flight of steps. nice enough hotel but standard of 2 star hotel not 3 stars
The Mercure Chambéry Centre is a modern business hotel in the city centre. It is opposite the train station and offers modern and fully soundproofed accommodation.
Beautiful! Someone has thought very creatively about how to design a wonderful hotel in a completely unconventional way. All the rooms have a lake view, really all of them! You only have to decide whether you want to book with a small terrace or a small balcony. The hotel has its own access to the lake via a bridge! In addition, a beautiful restaurant with very French dishes. And friendly service. One restaurant employee speaks fluent German! Many thanks to him! We enjoyed our time and will be back very soon!

We needed a nice hotel to stay at one night between long car rides from France to Switzerland and the location is perfect, 5 mintues from the highway.

Close to Chambery airport: 5min by taxi (15EUR) or 30min walking (with walking could be troubles, cause a half of the way is not supported for the walkers - just for cars).
Very good breakfast (more continental than French) for that price.

Wonderful location and easy parking. The hotel maintains the special character of the fishing site and has a beautiful view of the lake. We enjoyed a good dinner in the restaurant. Unfortunately the weather was poor so we could not enjoy eating in the nice outdoor patio area.

The room was mostly comfortable ( except issues ),airconditioned room, breakfast was great. Good location, Lake Bourget very close, supermarket across the road, bus stop at the front & cycle path adjacent to hotel.
It was a nice and calm location. A good packing for your car and next to the hotel was a restaurant and a shop in case you needed to. The hotel and our room was lovely warm for the holidays.
