The main reception man on arrival was very friendly,efficient, considerate and friendly I knew we would enjoy our stay as he had a lot of people to deal with booking in but did it in a great way,not rushing you through but ticking the boxes. He's an asset to your team and that's why I'm giving you this feedback as usually I can't be bothered but he requested it and due to his hard work I feel its the least I can do. I was staying from May 31- June 2nd in the superior room. I forgot my adapter charger was plugged in when I left, I called the hotel but the receptionist was not nice, she tried to avoid to find and told me that was not found, how came ? And put me on the line was very busy to wait.. this is not services as 4stars.. I would like to complaint about this
Beautiful! Someone has thought very creatively about how to design a wonderful hotel in a completely unconventional way. All the rooms have a lake view, really all of them! You only have to decide whether you want to book with a small terrace or a small balcony. The hotel has its own access to the lake via a bridge! In addition, a beautiful restaurant with very French dishes. And friendly service. One restaurant employee speaks fluent German! Many thanks to him! We enjoyed our time and will be back very soon!

We needed a nice hotel to stay at one night between long car rides from France to Switzerland and the location is perfect, 5 mintues from the highway.

Close to Chambery airport: 5min by taxi (15EUR) or 30min walking (with walking could be troubles, cause a half of the way is not supported for the walkers - just for cars).

Wonderful location and easy parking. The hotel maintains the special character of the fishing site and has a beautiful view of the lake. We enjoyed a good dinner in the restaurant. Unfortunately the weather was poor so we could not enjoy eating in the nice outdoor patio area.

Lovely hotel. Great location, near to amenities and a super wee restaurant next door. Coffee available all day and a really nice breakfast in the morning. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Will definitely stay again!
The room was mostly comfortable ( except issues ),airconditioned room, breakfast was great. Good location, Lake Bourget very close, supermarket across the road, bus stop at the front & cycle path adjacent to hotel.
This was just a one night stop for us but the hotel is really nice. We had a walk to the lake and it was beautiful, well worth the walk. Breakfast was just what we wanted, good selection and good coffee.
