Beautiful and relaxing. Exceptionally spacious room with huge armoire and chest, table and sofa. Lovely view from both sides onto entrance drive and gardens and at back the lawns and orchard. Very special ambience. Very good breakfast and the manager gave us a deal as we don’t eat a large breakfast. Good restaurant recommendations. We tried 3 of them going back to each as they were so good.

Location was great. Open countryside all round and very quiet. Accommodation of a high standard with very comfortable bed. Breakfast was great and staff very friendly and helpful. They recommended restaurants in Bayeux which we used and the food was as good as they told us it was. We will definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay in the small but nice cottage in the garden. Arnaud and Jessica are very open and friendly hosts and there was even a welcome surprise in the fridge. Our French from school days is unfortunately very poor, but Arnaud speaks very good English, so communication was very easy. The house and the garden are really uniquely beautiful. The garden is a real paradise behind high walls, where you can relax wonderfully. We will definitely come back and try out the great pool.
